Mindfulness & Movement teaches Youth to BALANCE between the world inside & the world outside.
Based on the Scientific Study of Canadian Research, Personality Dimensions is an interactive, informative & insightful workshop that gives Youth an introspective look at their personality tendencies while learning & relating to their peers. This workshop encourages youth to follow their unique journey by better understanding themselves and exploring career path that suits their unique characteristics. PD also helps Youth with how to better collaborate with others based on their own personality tendencies as well as those they interact with.
Life & Health Topics
Wellness Talks are safe, interactive & professionally guided seminars that give Youth the opportunity to hear & discuss topics they maybe confronted with in their day to day lives. Based on Life & Health Topics, Youth will be provided with curated information that they can take home with them & implement in their day to day lives. These seminars are meant to bring Youth together & to encourage community without social media. These seminars teach on life skills & on health topics that are relevant & imperative to Youth growing in balanced wellness.
