What is Ayurveda? Considered to be the oldest healing science, it is a holistic approach to health designed to help people live long, healthy, balanced lives. The term Ayurveda is taken from the Sanskrit words "ayus" meaning life, and "veda" meaning knowledge. It is understanding ones personal constitution (body type) and learning how to live nurturing that body type with food that fuels and heels and movements that strengthens and revives. By acknowledging and embracing our personal outlook, we can live in alignment with our true self. In other words, it is Living in Alignment with one true self.
Incorporating the science of our Ayurveda with yoga, guided meditations, breath work and more, this holistic wellness journey will reconnect and restore your inner balance.
